About Rachel Hewitt

Rachel joined Synchronicity Earth in March 2025 in this newly created role co-leadership role, working closely with the Board and the Senior Leadership Team.

Previously Chief Finance Officer at Client Earth, she has held a number of senior roles, including Chief Operating Officer in the international development sector. Rachel brings experience in financial and operational development and delivery, as well as policy engagement with donors on fair funding.

She is CIMA qualified and holds a degree from Leeds University in French and Management Studies, the best part of which was an internship in Paris.
