About Celeste Williams

Celeste is passionate about empowering individuals and communities to make positive environmental changes.

After studying and living in Scotland for five years, they decided to head back to their hometown in the United States to explore their love for permaculture and food sovereignty. There, they spent several months working and learning about the ground-level processes of regenerative agriculture on a farm in Alabama.

Upon their return to the UK, Celeste mentored a group of students for Young Social Entrepreneurs, engaging them on issues of sustainability and global social responsibility within the context of period poverty.

Celeste has an MA in International Relations and volunteers at their local community garden and food hub. Outside of the office, you’ll find them learning how to urban forage, exploring varying nature spots, or curled up with a book.
