Caroline is an experienced professional working across executive support and board and governance administration, with a track record of partnering with senior leadership in complex, mission-driven organisations.
She spent over seven years at the International Rescue Committee, where she worked closely with senior leadership on executive support, communications, and organisational coordination in a fast-moving, international context. Before joining the IRC, she worked as a producer at the BBC.
Caroline read Modern History at the University of Oxford and has a strong background in journalism and research – skills she brings to her approach to communication and problem-solving. Outside of work, she is a keen photographer.
