Synchronicity Earth Youth Committee
In June 2024, Synchronicity Earth adopted its first ever Youth Committee to recommend partners to receive funding from the Chrysalis Youth Fund, up to USD 5,000.
Young people are often excluded from decision-making processes that impact their future. While Synchronicity Earth always works closely with its Youth Affiliate and youth partners to identify new partnerships, we wanted to put a structure in place to ensure that young people themselves have meaningful input into what and who the Chrysalis Youth Fund supports.
The five members of the Committee, who each receive an honorarium to compensate them for sharing their time, skills, and expertise, recommend new partners for funding support from the Chrysalis Youth Fund. Synchronicity Earth’s staff then conduct due diligence on these potential new partners.
