In September, Synchronicity Earth team members attended the Conservation Optimism Summit, hosting a session on ‘Filling the gaps in global conservation’, which discussed how we can prioritise overlooked species, approaches, and skills in the sector.
It was an opportunity to share our challenges, ambitions, and solutions, as well as a moment for early-career and experienced conservationists alike to connect with each other and reconnect with their passion for this work.
The Summit served as a reminder of the progress being made around the globe to better protect our world. From turning eco-anxiety into eco-empowerment, to enhancing Indigenous and Local Communities’ autonomy, the sessions provided a space to inspire and enable: to move from frustration and hope to action.
