Julie joined Synchronicity Earth as Philanthropy Manager in September 2020, after 10 years working as a fundraiser for environmental law organisation, ClientEarth. During her time at ClientEarth, she has grown from Development assistant to manager overseeing the management of the organisation’s portfolio of grants and donations from trusts, foundations and governments, and in recent years, building a unit solely focused on securing income from new sources. This entailed building and running the systems necessary to identify new opportunities, writing compelling proposals, and cultivating and soliciting prospects, which she is replicating at Synchronicity Earth. Julie studied politics and completed a Masters in 2010 from Sciences Po Grenoble, France. She has since then chosen to dedicate her career to protecting nature and fighting environmental degradation as the best way to change the world we live in.
